Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in air cargo, ramp, warehouse, or related aviation environment.
• Experience leading training programs and learning solutions.
• Experience managing third‑party service providers, vendor relationships, contracts, or SLAs is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Cargojet’s ground handling training across stations.
• Oversee third-party ground-handling service providers to ensure safety, efficiency and contract compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and KPIs; conduct reviews and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain station-level training reporting, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and providers to address operational deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
