Job summary

CT REIT seeks a National Portfolio Manager, Lease Administration to lead lease abstraction, data integrity and governance for a large real estate portfolio. You will ensure accurate lease data in Lucernex, support IFRS reporting and respond to audit requests while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in lease administration, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of IFRS 16 and records management.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial lease administration or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience in a multi-site or national environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures, financial provisions and critical dates.
• Experience with Lucernex or comparable enterprise lease administration systems.
• Working knowledge of IFRS 16, audit requirements and records-management standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease abstraction activities for new leases, amendments and renewals.
• Ensure key lease data is accurately captured in Lucernex and reviewed against executed documents.
• Support IFRS-related lease data and financial reporting inquiries.
• Respond to audit requests and maintain controls over lease documentation and data.
• Maintain and improve Lucernex workflows, data integrity and process controls.
• Oversee real estate records management, classification, retention and governance.
