BGIS is seeking a Lease Analyst to support nationwide leased portfolio management through the RealLease platform. Responsibilities include ensuring lease data integrity, overseeing rent payments, and advising on budget increases and tax payments.

The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and coordination with the Property Manager. The position requires a university degree or professional certification and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong Excel/Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional certification is required.
• 3 to 5 years of job-related experience.
• Good financial understanding and proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong customer focus and ability to read/understand commercial real estate lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of the lease administration database (RealLease) with up-to-date property and Landlord information.
• Support the Property Manager in operational issues.
• Advise the Technical Authority on payments due.
• Monitor and verify landlord budget increases with proper backup.
• Ensure realty tax payments are fair and accurate.
• Review landlord records and perform compliance monitoring per Lease Agreement.
• Recommend rents to Government and report on KPIs.
• Coordinate monthly rent roll adjustments and KPI monitoring (DIAI, CFAI).
