Job summary

Weidmüller Canada seeks a Market Manager Data Center & Energy to provide national sales leadership across the Data Center and Energy sectors. You will drive growth, expand strategic accounts, influence specifications, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline.

The role requires strong sector knowledge, executive relationship building, and cross-functional leadership to align customer priorities with Weidmüller’s connectivity, power distribution, automation, and digitalization solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA and/or Professional Engineer designation is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, strategic account management, market management, or industry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national growth strategies for the Data Center and Energy sectors.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic customers and major projects.
• Build and maintain relationships across the full customer buying centre including executives and engineering teams.
• Develop multi-year account and market roadmaps aligned with capital investment cycles.
• Lead cross-functional and virtual teams to achieve national execution.
