Job summary

Flex is seeking a Business Development Manager to remotely cover Ontario, Canada, reporting to North America’s Head of Sales. You will qualify new customers, develop business, and drive pipeline, bookings, and long-term growth for Anord Mardix within the Flex organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training; minimum 6 years of related experience.
Experience in Data Center/Critical Power business development focusing on Canada.
Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers.
Understanding of key financial metrics and ability to read P&L, balance sheets, ROI indicators.

Responsibilities

Qualify new customers and generate new business.
Develop business with customers and achieve pipeline and bookings targets.
Create and drive customer relationships to position Flex Anord Mardix for long-term growth.
Coordinate with Product Line, Sales Ops, and Operations to promote solutions.
Own and execute account strategy, including negotiations and proposals.
Research customer strategy and future product plans to inform opportunities.
