Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP in Brampton, ON is seeking a Manager, Business Development – Data Center Solutions to drive net-new revenue by building strategic relationships within the data center ecosystem.

You will pursue opportunities in data center operations, including deployment, lifecycle management of enterprise IT equipment, and collaboration with Operations, Logistics and Compliance to deliver scalable, profitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience focused on net-new business development.
• Experience selling into enterprise IT environments or data centers is required.
• Familiarity with data center operators and colocation providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with data center stakeholders.
• Drive net-new business through outbound prospecting and industry engagement.
• Develop account plans for data center clients.
• Position services (ITAD, logistics, redeployment, remarketing, recycling) to data centers.
• Lead qualification, solution design, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Compliance to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Maintain strong understanding of data center operations.
