• Proven ability to lead and develop marketing professionals in a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong alignment of marketing with sales strategy to drive revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field marketing team to ensure strategic alignment, high performance, and growth.
• Set objectives, provide feedback, and manage performance through regular 1:1s and meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to translate pipeline goals into marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing funnel performance and drive data‑driven optimization across campaigns.
