Value Buds is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, build a high-performing team, and drive sales while ensuring compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will own store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong leadership, inventory control, and reporting. Prior cannabis retail experience and a Sales certificate boost candidacy; 18+ required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell) preferred.
