Job summary

Value Buds is hiring a Store Manager – Cannabis Retail to lead daily operations at our Toronto location. You will recruit and develop the store team, drive sales, manage inventory and budgeting, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with leadership, strong sales and people skills, and cannabis regulatory knowledge. Certification and the ability to pass a CRC are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or customer service with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong sales and people leadership skills plus operations know-how.
• Experience in cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification required or preferred.
• Must meet provincial age requirements (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Pass a Criminal Record Check.
