Value Buds is hiring a part-time Keyholder / Shift Lead in London, Ontario. You will be the face of our brand, guiding teammates and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You’ll support daily operations, manage merchandising, and ensure regulatory compliance while helping customers choose products and learn about cannabis. This role offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP or CanSell) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and upkeep.
• Operate the POS, process payments and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries and perform basic inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.
