Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager in Windsor, Ontario to coordinate activities across locations and drive performance. You will train and coach restaurant managers, develop business plans, and lead teams to meet operating standards and sales goals.

You will oversee staffing, support marketing initiatives, and champion excellent customer service while building strong relationships with local teams. This role offers hands-on restaurant leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop staff; computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support activities within the assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support restaurant managers.
• Create plans and set business goals for assigned restaurants.
• Provide leadership to managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Train shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop staffing levels for managers and assistant managers.
