Job summary

Subway Group is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four essential areas: coordinating activities, training and supporting managers, planning business goals, and fostering teamwork. You will train shift managers and develop staffing plans to ensure high performance across restaurants.

Lead staff to meet operating standards, support marketing initiatives, and champion sales growth through data-driven insights. A hands-on leader with strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities are required.
• Experience managing restaurant operations or multi-unit teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and support managers across assigned restaurants.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans for managers and assistants.
• Lead operations to meet standards and sales targets using reports.
