Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across an assigned geographic area in Ontario. You will coordinate activities, train and coach restaurant managers, and develop staffing plans to ensure consistent service and performance.

You’ll lead staff to meet operating standards, drive sales through analysis and reports, and support local and national marketing initiatives across multiple locations in the London area.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in operational management in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support activities within assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support restaurant managers.
• Develop staffing plans for all restaurants and ensure coverage.
• Lead staff to meet operating standards and sales goals.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
