Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Restaurant Field Operations Manager to lead multi-unit operations across Alberta, including Calgary and Edmonton areas. The role focuses on strategic leadership, franchisee partnerships, and operational excellence to drive growth and profitability.

You will travel frequently, supervise 20–40 locations, and mentor managers while ensuring brand standards and service quality across the field.

Qualifications

3–5 years of multi-unit management experience overseeing 20–40 locations.
Franchise management experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100%
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational effectiveness across multiple locations.
Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making and improve financial performance.
Collaborate with corporate teams to achieve company objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with franchisees to ensure brand standards.
Drive continuous operational improvements to ensure service quality.
Monitor compliance with procedures, certifications, and initiatives.
Provide hands-on guidance during openings and location transitions.
Train and develop restaurant Managers to boost profitability and operations.
Embed brand Recipe Principles into daily field operations.
Work closely with field teams to align with company goals.
