COREcruitment is seeking a Restaurant Regional Manager for Vancouver, BC, with travel across British Columbia. The position offers a starting salary of 120,000 CAD plus bonus and benefits.

You will oversee multiple locations, coach managers, and drive operations and financial performance across the region. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-unit leader who balances strategic oversight with hands-on restaurant visits, developing high-performing teams and collaborating with corporate leadership

Restaurant Regional Manager

Vancouver, BC (Travel Required) Starting at $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnered with a Canadian restaurant group looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations across British Columbia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who enjoys coaching managers, improving operations, and driving results across a portfolio of restaurants.You'll work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with regular time in the restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing the performance and operations of multiple restaurant locations
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers and their leadership teams
• Driving operational consistency, service standards, and guest experience across the region
• Monitoring sales, labour, food costs, and overall financial performance
• Analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans to improve restaurant performance
• Conducting regular restaurant visits to ensure operational excellence and brand standards
• Partnering with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
• Supporting new restaurant openings, training, and operational rollouts as required

What We\'re Looking For

• Previous Regional Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience
• Experience overseeing 10+ restaurant locations
• Corporate restaurant experience is highly preferred
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-unit P&Ls and operational KPIs
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing management teams
• Strong operational background within full-service elevated environments – no QSR
• Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the region
• Growth-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
