Job summary

Soul Foods Group Canada is seeking a dynamic people leader to oversee a team of up to 10 Restaurant General Managers across our Canadian operations. This role involves coaching leaders, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering exceptional employee and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends, with significant time spent in restaurants driving performance, growth, and community involvement to strengthen the business and

Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in a QSR or high-volume environment.
• Strong track record of developing others and leadership growth.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and business acumen to influence performance.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop leadership pipeline, ensuring restaurants are staffed with trained, engaged teams.
• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to RGMs and their teams.
• Drive sales and profitability across the area by improving operational performance.
• Champion community involvement and encourage teams to contribute to neighbourhoods.
• Ensure brand standards and guest experience are consistently exceptional.
