Job summary

TLC Solutions in Langley, BC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support clients with Tier 2 IT issues. You'll work on Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365 while mentoring junior staff. Some travel to client sites and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT support or equivalent education/experience.
• Networking experience with core vendors and products is required or asset.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra, Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008-2022, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Service.
• 2+ years in customer service and ability to meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 2 hardware, software and communications tickets.
• Investigate alerts and user issues; provide onsite or remote support.
• Set up new hardware, networking, servers, and phone systems.
• Monitor client systems; identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Document work according to standards; educate users on best practices.
• Perform client assessments and participate in projects.
• Travel to client sites as required; support growth and new clients.
