Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Mining Technology & Change Consultant to lead MineStar technology implementations at customer mine sites across North America.

You will own projects from planning through deployment, coordinating with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams to drive operational change. The role requires understanding mining operations, strong project management, and the ability to translate site needs into practical MineStar configurations and training.

• Technical Excellence: Aptitude for technology and ability to grasp complex solutions; experience with mining tech or OT preferred.
• Consulting: Trusted advisor to help customers adopt tech and change their ways of working.

• Problem Solving: Able to navigate technical and project challenges in dynamic mine-site environments.
• Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead MineStar implementations at customer sites from planning through deployment.
• Coordinate between customers, dealers, and internal teams throughout projects.
• Understand customer operation, challenges, and site needs as a trusted consultant.
• Lead change across people, processes, and technology for adoption of MineStar solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall success.
• Understand MineStar configurations to meet commercial requirements and customer needs.
• Support customers and dealers with documentation, training, and specs.
• Gain exposure to full project lifecycle including quoting and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to improve MineStar implementations across sites.
