Strong understanding of mining operations and the ability to connect technology solutions to real‑world mine‑site needs. Comfortable challenging existing processes and helping customers adopt new ways of working.

Effective Communications: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Problem Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work through technical, operational, and project challenges. Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic mine‑site environments and make sound decisions to keep implementations moving forward.
