Aspen Custom Trailers, Inc. is seeking a Mining Product Manager to lead the mining product line from concept to customer. You will work across engineering, production, sales, and service to deliver innovative solutions that address operational challenges and drive profitability.

You will identify market opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and partner with customers to ensure safety, reliability, and performance in mining applications across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, heavy equipment, trailers, manufacturing, or industrial products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, mines, and industry events.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams from concept to market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the mining product portfolio.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational challenges and develop solutions.
• Work with Engineering, Production, Sales, and Service to bring products to market.
• Manage product roadmaps and life-cycle planning.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge and presentations.
• Visit mines and industry events to gather market insights.
• Develop pricing strategies and product positioning.
