Job summary

FWS Group of Companies in Regina, SK is seeking Millwrights to join our collaborative, team‑focused organization. You will perform welding, ironwork and mechanical tasks, read construction drawings, and layout work to drawings and specs, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

A valid driver's license is required, you must be able to work a 14/7 rotation with extended time away from home, own basic trade tools, and may undergo pre‑Access drug & alcohol testing.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate level of experience in industrial mechanics or enrolled in an Apprenticeship Program.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Must be able to work a 14/7 work rotation with extended time away from home.
  • Own and maintain basic trade tools.
  • Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol testing may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Welding, ironwork, or mechanical related tasks.
  • Accurately and effectively uses various types of millwright precision tools.
  • Responsible for safe use of equipment including forklift, skid steer loader, scissor lifts, and power tools.
  • Reads and understands construction drawings, including providing accurate layout of the work and building to drawings and specifications.
