Hartmann Canada Inc. in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a licensed Millwright to join our Maintenance team. The role maintains and repairs building facilities and production equipment, reading blueprints and performing preventive maintenance.

Qualified candidates will have a 433A license, 2+ years in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving abilities. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing professional development.

We require the skills of a Millwright to join our talented Maintenance team

Who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the building and equipment as required.

Position Requirements

• 8 hour day shift (7:00am-3:00pm)

Key Skills & Experience

• Equipment Maintenance: Lead and assist major equipment installations, set-up and repairs of production machines/equipment, complete work orders;
• Building Maintenance: perform general and major repairs to building installations, including heating, plumbing, and other building equipment as required;
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
• Perform other routine maintenance work on machinery;
• Make parts, simple tools and gauges as required;
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Ideal

• Licensed Industrial Millwright; 433A
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment;
• Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications in order to provide troubleshooting and repair services;
• Mechanical Aptitude and willingness to assist in all maintenance projects as required;
• Excellent communication skills to interact with the team, customers and suppliers about operational matters.
