Hartmann Canada Inc, located in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a Millwright to join our Maintenance team. You will maintain and repair building and production equipment, lead installations, and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure continuous operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to read drawings, and strong communication skills to coordinate with team and suppliers. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in maintenance projects as required.

We require the skills of a Millwright to join our talented Maintenance team

Who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the building and equipment as required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Key Skills & Experience:

• Equipment Maintenance: Lead and assist major equipment installations, set-up and repairs of production machines/equipment, complete work orders;
• Building Maintenance: perform general and major repairs to building installations, including heating, plumbing, and other building equipment as required;
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
• Perform other routine maintenance work on machinery;
• Make parts, simple tools and gauges as required;

IDEAL:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment;
• Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications in order to provide troubleshooting and repair services;
• Mechanical Aptitude and willingness to assist in all maintenance projects as required;
• Excellent communication skills to interact with the team, customers and suppliers about operational matters.
