Job summary

Keyera Corp. seeks a Business Development Representative to join the Gathering & Processing (G&P) Business Development Team in Calgary.

This role provides commercial leadership to asset teams, building relationships with customers to manage G&P contracts and development plans, while collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in energy/oil & gas, an engineering or business degree, and strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills

Qualifications

Degree in engineering and/or business or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of energy and/or oil and gas experience.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and teamwork.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and creativity; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Understand and nurture long-term relationships with JV partners and customers.
Provide strategic analysis to support development of commercial solutions.
Support execution of gas handling agreements with customers and partners.
Prepare and negotiate JV and midstream service contracts.
Asset forecasting, budgets, and variance management with analytic presentation.
Assess strategic fit, commercial drivers, and financial returns for projects.
Lead development projects lifecycle from initiation to execution.
Collaborate with BD, Operations, Marketing, and Strategy teams for midstream solutions.
