Job summary

Keyera is seeking two Senior Business Solutions Analysts to join its Calgary-based Digital, Data and Technology group. You will bridge business and IT, leading analysis across Finance, HR, Operations and Engineering to enable scalable enterprise solutions.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in business analysis, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence outcomes across functions. This permanent, on-site role supports complex data integrations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Solutions Analyst in Finance, HR, Operations or Engineering.
• Experience delivering and supporting large enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
• Ability to lead analysis for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts across Keyera functions.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex enterprise initiatives and sustainment work.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business processes, data definitions, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop data mappings between source and target systems to support integrations and reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear, high-quality artifacts and ensure traceability to standards.
• Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to evaluate options and tradeoffs.
• Lead testing activities including SIT and UAT to validate solutions.
