Altea Active in Vancouver is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the club’s membership growth and revenue strategy. You will own the full funnel from initial contact to renewal, while developing a high-performing team of Membership Coordinators and driving a strong membership mix.

You will lead retention, reactivation, and community outreach efforts to build lasting relationships with members and partners, shaping Altea’s market presence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Background in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based business preferred.
• Proven track record developing people and building team performance.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management; MyAltea familiarity.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Kinesiology is an asset.
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification, renewed annually.
• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement of employment.

Responsabilités

• Own full funnel from prospect to renewal and close; lead generation, outreach, tours, and conversion.
• Lead a team of Membership Coordinators and set clear expectations.
• Develop membership mix strategies and diamond penetration.
• Design retention and reactivation campaigns to bring members back.
• Drive community outreach, partnerships, and local business development.
