Job summary

Altea Ottawa is seeking a Membership Coordinator to turn inquiries into commitments by guiding prospects from first contact through a club tour and join decision. You’ll connect needs to the right experience and ensure current members feel valued.

This role rewards energetic, genuine conversations and a proactive approach to outreach, with ownership of your pipeline. You will convert inbound leads, drive outbound outreach, and deliver compelling tours while focusing on retention and renewal

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales, membership, or customer-facing role; fitness or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on phone, in person, and via email.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads and manage a sales pipeline with discipline.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads quickly, book tours, and guide prospects through the Altea membership experience with enthusiasm.
• Drive outbound prospecting through community outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional tours that feel like a meaningful daily-life experience for members.
