Fitness World Canada is seeking a District Manager – Membership Sales for the Greater Metro Vancouver area, with daily travel and a strong sales leadership background. You will lead General Managers across multiple locations, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

The role requires strategic sales oversight, operational excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet company targets and maintain high standards across all clubs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in district or multi-location management.
Strong consultative-sales background with focus on membership growth.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel daily within Greater Metro Vancouver.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop General Managers to hit sales targets and ensure top-notch member induction.
Drive membership sales strategy and oversee full sales cycle and service standards.
Oversee operations across locations including member services and safety protocols.
Monitor KPIs, coach teams, and manage budgets and scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on company goals.
Ensure compliance with policies and timely reporting to leadership.
