Job summary

Altea - Oakridge is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to captain multiple departments and elevate club performance. You will coach department heads, protect service standards, and drive financial metrics across revenue, attrition, and utilization.

You will develop leaders, ensure safety and compliance, and embed the Altea culture locally. This role demands a hands-on leader who can run operations from the floor and grow teams to excel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior operations leadership in a premium fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle environment.
• Experience leading department heads and teams of 100+.
• A genuine track record of developing people — not just managing them.
• Strong financial literacy — P&L, KPIs, and the ability to act on what the numbers say.
• University degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually.
• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders: recruit well, coach consistently, build succession into the culture.
• Protect the experience: every touchpoint reflects a standard.
• Run the operation: safety, compliance, facility presentation, opening and closing protocols.
• Deliver the numbers: revenue, attrition, utilization, labour efficiency.
• Build the brand locally: you are Altea in your market.
