StretchLab Langley is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who can lead with energy, drive membership growth, and nurture a vibrant studio community. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and convert visitors into long-term members while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales or customer service experience, excellent communication, and a passion for wellness. Weekend/evening availability and CPR/First Aid certification are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (fitness, wellness, or retail preferred).
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping others.
• multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environment.
• A team player who understands that collaboration fuels success.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
• Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.
• Achieve and exceed monthly membership goals.
• Share the StretchLab mission and clearly communicate the benefits of assisted stretching.
• Convert trial visitors into committed, long-term members.
• Assist with scheduling, team performance tracking, and motivating staff.
• Take ownership of operations, stepping in wherever needed, from front desk to admin to studio floor.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy environment.
