Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Member Service Consultant (MSC) to deliver exceptional Member experiences in a retail setting. You will sell memberships and merchandise, assist with car rental bookings, passport photos, and driving permits, and advise on Travel Insurance options.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail customer service and sales, strong communication skills, and are willing to obtain TICO certification.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Available to work flexible store operation hours.
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell Memberships and merchandise to Members.
• Make car rental reservations and assist travel needs.
• Provide passport photos and issue International Driving permits.
• Educate and offer Travel Insurance options to Members.
