Job summary

CAA Club Group in Kingston is seeking a Member Service Consultant to deliver exceptional service to Members, while promoting memberships and merchandise and handling daily retail operations.

In this role you will book car rental reservations, capture passport photos, issue International Driving Permits, and present Travel Insurance options to Members. Total compensation is determined by the applicable collective agreement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• TICO certification (completed or actively pursuing).
• Availability to work flexible store hours.
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism or a related field is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and merchandise to Members.

Position Details for Member Service Consultant (MSC).

What You Will Do

As a Member Service Consultant you will provide exceptional experiences to our Members. In this role, you will sell Memberships and merchandise.

You will also make car rental reservations, take passport photos, issue International Driving permits and educate and provide Travel Insurance options to our Members.

Total compensation for this role will be determined by the terms and schedules under the applicable collective agreement.

Who You Are

• TICO certification completion or working towards / willing to complete
• Available to work flexible store operation hours
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
