Qualifikationen

• Ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally.
• Balance cash drawer, ATM, and night deposits daily.
• Resolve routine account issues and respond to member inquiries.
• Cross-sell Access Credit Union products and refer opportunities.
• Act as an ambassador for the credit union in the community.
