Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional member service and identify financial solutions for members and prospective members across branches. You will promote products, support business development, and strive to be the financial institution of choice.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, adhere to member experience standards, and help drive growth through proactive service and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must complete other job-related courses and certificates as required.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and benchmarking standards.

Responsibilities

• Uncover and identify opportunities with members and prospective members.
• Provide products and services to members to increase share of wallet and ensure we are the primary financial institution of choice.
• Provide prompt, accurate, efficient transactional service to members (deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, etc.).
• Balance cash daily and perform audits as required.
