Job summary

Access Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver high-quality financial services to members and prospective clients. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, and payments while building trusted relationships and understanding member needs.

You will promote products and services, cross-sell where appropriate, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and risk controls. A service-oriented mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Business Administration or related post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM transactions daily.
• Resolve routine member account problems and respond to inquiries.
• Promote Access Credit Union products and services to secure sales.
• Cross-sell and build member relationships through service excellence.
• Adhere to risk management, security, and internal policies.
