Coastal Community Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (RC) to join our team on-site. The role centers on processing transactions and delivering sales and service to members while maintaining excellent member relations.

The position requires strong keyboarding, MS Office proficiency, and outstanding communication skills. Flexible shifts include daytime and evenings, with a union-backed wage range and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis.
• 1 year post-secondary education.
• Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales and service position.

Responsabilidades

• Process a variety of financial and non-financial transactions for members.
• Provide sales and service expertise to inform members of products/services.
• Answer telephone inquiries.
• Provide access to safety deposit boxes for members.
• End of day processing and balancing per procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
