Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a member services and sales support manager to lead a department focused on selling products and services and providing sales support to teams. You will build long-term relationships with clients and members, develop strategic business plans, and monitor performance with strong risk management.

You will coach your team, drive talent development, and implement service offerings that optimize profitability and client satisfaction within Desjardins’s cooperative framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
