Job summary

Biggar & District Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Services Representative to join our frontline in Saskatchewan. You will provide excellent member service by processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while fostering a welcoming environment.

You will respond to members' concerns, help identify their needs, and promote suitable financial solutions. This role reports to the Frontline Manager and may involve working across our Biggar, Landis,

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Ability to work across multiple branches and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Respond to member concerns and assess needs.
• Promote suitable financial solutions to members.
• Work at branches in Biggar, Landis, and Perdue.

Full-time Member Services Representative

Biggar & District Credit Union requires a Full-Time Member Services Representative. In this role, you will provide excellent member service by processing financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will also respond to members’ concerns, assist in identifying their needs, and provide and promote solutions. This position reports to the Frontline Manager. You’ll be required to work at any of the branches in Biggar, Landis, and Perdue.

You must be a team player with a positive attitude toward learning and change; you must display initiative, and attention to detail, and be friendly, outgoing, and reliable. Experience in customer service and cash handling, a minimum Grade 12 education, and a working knowledge of computers and technology are required.
