Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide a warm, professional Member experience and handle routine transactions. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check to cash needs in a friendly, efficient manner.

You will educate Members on digital solutions, identify opportunities to refer products, and cross-sell savings accounts, loans, and cards while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in cash handling, banking, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Cross-sell platform products and educate on digital solutions.
• Resolve member inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Balance instruments and daily postings with accuracy.
• Support community engagement and comply with policies.
