Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Associate (Openers/Closers) to deliver outstanding service from the moment members walk in.

You will handle member concerns, support cafe and pro-shop operations, maintain cleanliness, and participate in member events, with full-time hours and benefits after 3 months. CPR & First Aid must be current, and prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications in customer service preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in related industry; asset.
• Current CPR & First Aid required and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating issues to management when needed.
• Provide exceptional service to cafe and pro-shop operations.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed safely and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Responsible for all sales transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club.
