Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Thunder Bay is seeking a friendly and proactive Member Experience Associate to help greet guests and deliver exceptional service from the moment they walk in.

You will engage with members, promote programs, and support daily club operations. In this full-time role, you will manage member concerns, assist with the cafe and pro-shop, handle transactions, and contribute to events while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in related industry is an asset.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification is required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Promote outstanding customer service practices and improve the member experience.
• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to Management.
• Provide exceptional service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop).
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained safely and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Handle all sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete administrative tasks diligently with 5-star service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club as needed.
