Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in related industry is a plus
• CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained during employment
• High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns and escalate serious issues to management
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop)
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed safely and timely
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services and promote them to members
• Process all sales transactions accurately
• Complete all administrative tasks diligently with 5-star service
• Assist with member experience events around the club as needed
