Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a member/client experience advisory agent to work on-site in Quebec. You will help members with banking transactions, promote Desjardins products, and guide them to use digital solutions while ensuring a welcoming, personalized service.

You should have at least two years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and fluency in French. The role may require occasional travel to caisse service centres and one evening per week until 7:00 p.m.
