Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a member/client sales and service advisor to support customers in-person and via digital platforms. You will help members with banking transactions, promote Desjardins products, and act as a trusted advisor across channels.

You will contribute to business development, assist with fraud issues, stay current on products and services, and ensure compliance and security in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• French language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services a must.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and clients with banking transactions and digital tools.
• Promote Desjardins products and services and advise on channels available.
• Identify business opportunities and refer clients to appropriate colleagues.
• Handle fraud or irregularities and refer to partners as needed.
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules.
