You will manage phones, help with payments, maintain cleanliness, and support team during busy shifts. Weekend and weekday availability is a plus; a high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service in retail is required.
• One year of fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information.
• Drive revenue by promoting products and promotions.
• Maintain clean and safe club environment.
