Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts.
• Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff.
• Support guest check-in and onboarding processes.
• Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately.
• Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support.
• Support prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emails.
• POS handling and end-of-night close out.
