The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining regular contact with members, and assisting them in achieving health and fitness goals. Competitive hourly pay with commission eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related sales and customer service are required.
• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Certifications related to sales/marketing/admin are preferred.
• Related industry experience (retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Nurture new business accounts and exceed membership sales objectives.
• Generate sales leads and match each new member’s needs with Club products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current members and resolve questions or concerns.
