Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking Account Representatives who will nurture new business accounts and exceed membership sales objectives.

You will generate leads, match members with Club products, and provide exceptional service to current members to build lasting relationships. You will be responsible for answering questions about memberships, resolving concerns, and maintaining regular contact to help members achieve their health and fitness goals; typical day involves high

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset.
• 1+ years related sales and customer service are required.
• Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and match each new member’s needs with the right Club products, services and people.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current members and guests.
• Maintain regular contact with members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting health and fitness goals.
• Answer member questions regarding membership and resolve concerns to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Role includes ensuring members feel welcomed and informed from entry to service completion.
