Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness is an asset.
• 1+ years related sales and customer service are required.
• Related industry experience is an asset (retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives by generating sales leads and matching each member’s needs with Club products, services and people.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience to current members and maintain regular contact to retain, motivate and assist them with their health and fitness goals.
• Answer member questions regarding memberships; manage and resolve concerns; ensure members and guests feel welcomed.
