Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Ontario is hiring Account Representatives to grow new memberships and nurture existing member relationships. You will generate sales leads, match members with the right programs and drive overall member satisfaction.

Role emphasizes answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring guests feel welcomed. Compensation includes hourly pay and commission eligibility, with benefits after 3 months for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness is an asset.
• 1+ years related sales and customer service are required.
• Related industry experience is an asset (retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives by generating sales leads and matching each member’s needs with Club products, services and people.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience to current members and maintain regular contact to retain, motivate and assist them with their health and fitness goals.
• Answer member questions regarding memberships; manage and resolve concerns; ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

Role:

Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.

Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

Hourly wage range: $18.25 - $22.30/hour + performance based commission eligibility.

• The posting is for an existing, currently open position.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred.
• 1 + years related sales and customer service are required.
• Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
